Si6x Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

01General Terms

Si6x (referred to herein as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting service operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between si6x and the user.

By accessing or using the si6x platform, you confirm that:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are using this platform entirely of your own free will and at your own risk.
• Online betting is legally permitted in your region.
• You are not managing this account on behalf of someone else.

Si6x reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

02Account Registration & Verification

To create an account on si6x, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Each person is allowed only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be suspended and any funds held may be forfeited.

• Valid mobile number (Bangladesh)
• Date of birth (for 18+ confirmation)
• An active email address

Si6x may request additional documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, such as a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential is your responsibility. si6x accepts no liability if you share your login details with anyone else.

03Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all betting activity on si6x at all times:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless si6x voids it directly.
• If an event is cancelled or left incomplete, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change — the odds at the time a bet is confirmed are final.
• Si6x reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error.
• Placing unusually large bets on the same event may prompt an investigation by si6x.

04Payment & Withdrawal Policy

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is specified on the platform.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• Your deposit must come from a legitimate source and must be made from your own account.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted and may be forfeited.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals can only be processed from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Winnings derived from bonuses must meet the specified wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, si6x may place a hold on withdrawals until the investigation is concluded.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same bank or mobile account used for the original deposit.

05Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered a specified number of times first.
• The welcome bonus is available to each user one time only.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Bonus offers have set expiry dates — any unused bonus will be cancelled once the period ends.
• Si6x reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If you attempt to withdraw before meeting the bonus requirements, the bonus will be forfeited.

06Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the si6x platform. Any such activity, once detected, will result in immediate account closure:

• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraud.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening or harassing other users or si6x staff.

Si6x reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement upon receipt of sufficient evidence.

07Account Suspension & Closure

Si6x may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or refusal to cooperate.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns.
